Choose helmet size by measuring head circumference, not age. Measure around the widest part of the head, just above the eyebrows: XS fits 46–50 cm, S fits 50–53 cm and M fits 53–56 cm. The helmet should sit level, low on the forehead and secure without rocking. If a child is between sizes, choose the larger size only if it can still be adjusted to fit securely.
